Serrai Extra Dry Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG
This wine is made in the hills over Vidor in an area called Serrai. The vineyard has a great diversity of soil types that range from marl to siltstone.

VINEYARD LOCATION: Serrai, on the hills of Vidor.
VARIETALS: 85% Glera, 5% Bianchetta, 5% Perera, 5% Verdiso.
TRELLISING: Double-arched cane.
HARVEST TIME: Late September- early October.

ALCOHOL: 11,5%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 16 g/l.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 6,1 g/l.
TOTAL SULFUR: 87 mg/l.

COLOR: Brilliant straw yellow with greenish hues.
PERLAGE: Fine and persistant.
AROMAS: Williams pear, green apples; calla and campanula flowers.
TASTE: Harmonious in its balance between sweetness and acidity; lightly savory; nice body; long with fruity finish.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Seafood and green asparagus risotto, scallop wrapped in Prosciutto, baked prunes with bacon.
SERVICE: 6 – 8° C (43°- 46° F).
