Saomi Brut Prosecco DOC Treviso
The grapes from this wine come from the Saomì vineyard where the microclimate and soil are ideal for the cultivation of Glera grapes. This well-balanced wine is particularly fresh and its fruit is exalted by a quite lively character. La Tordera has been growing Glera in the Valdobbiadene since 1921 and opened their winery in 2003. All steps are closely monitored to ensure natural balance. Great care in the vineyards results in wines that are made with some of the lowest sulphur and residual sugar levels in the region.

VINEYARD LOCATION: Saomì in Bigolino.
VARIETALS: 95% Glera, 5% Chardonnay.
TRELLISING: Double-arched cane.
HARVEST TIME: Early September.

ALCOHOL: 11,5%.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 9,5 g/l.
TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.9 g/l.
TOTAL SULFUR: 98 mg/l.

COLOR: Bright straw-yellow, with nuances of green.
PERLAGE: Fine bubbles with a persistent mousse.
AROMAS: Fruity with scents of Bosc pear, notes of Mediterranean herbs, and a slight hint of Acacia blossoms.
TASTE: This well-balanced wine is particularly fresh with its pronounced fruit nose and lively acidity on the palate. The finish is persistent and elegant.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Ideal as an aperitif or enjoy alongside Grilled or braised whitefish. Perfect with fruit and nut salads.
