From the Surimatain vineyard which has an eastern exposure and therefore basks in the morning sun. This hand harvested 100% Dolcetto sees 10 months of inert barrel for maturation followed by 2 months in bottle to knit together prior to it’s release. 250 cases are produced and the wine will reward a collector with a few years in the cellar.
Ripe raspberry and blue fruit aromas on the nose with fresh acidity and long smooth tannins.
An ideal braised meat or charcuterie board wine.
