Amrita is the Buddhist equivalent to ambrosia or wine of the gods. This white blend was created to show off the great aromatic varieties that Anne Amie grows at their Estate and the 12 Oaks vineyard. This year the blend consists of 6 white varieties which create the aromatic profile of honeysuckle, pear, ginger snap and jasmine to name a few of the scents found on the nose and palate. The effervescence balances the weight of this heady aromatic white. 12.9% alcohol and low levels of residual sugar make this the perfect summer quaffer.
